Bell pepper, chopped  
Onion, chopped  
Medium tomatoes, chopped  
cup Chopped celery  
Clove garlic, crushed  
tablespoons Minced parsley  
teaspoons Chopped thyme leaves  
teaspoons Oregano leaves, chopped  
/8 teaspoon Cayenne  
/2 teaspoon Salt  
ounces Smoked sausage, chopped  
ounces Chicken breast, chopped  
cups Beef broth or bouillon  
/2 pound Cooked shelled shrimp  
cup Cooked rice

Shell shrimp, halve lengthwise. In slow cooker,combine all ingred. except  
shrimp & rice. Cover & cook on low 9−10 hours. Turn slow cooker on high, add  
cooked shrimp & cooked rice. Cover; cook on high 20−30 minutes.
