dozen littleneck clams  
/4 cup dry white wine  
cup bottled marinara sauce  
tablespoons chopped cilantro  
tablespoons chopped scallions  
Scrub clams well under cold running water. Place in microwave−safe dish with wine. Microwave on  
high 3 to 5 minutes until shells open. Discard any unopened clams.  
Meanwhile, combine marinara, parsley and scallions. Spoon over clams. Microwave on medium−high  
for 2 minutes.  
Yields 2 servings.
