Clam Loaf

can clams, minced  
or 2 eggs  
pound. ground pork sausage  
cup soda cracker crumbs  
Salt and pepper  
Drain clams, then mince. Form all ingredients into a loaf and bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350  
degrees F.  
Serve hot or cold.
