Beer Batter for Seafood

can flat beer  
1/2 cups flour  
teaspoon salt  
/8 teaspoon pepper  
Let opened can of beer sit at room temperature until it becomes flat. Dip prepared seafood into  
mixture of beer, flour, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil.
