Shrimp Scampi  
Fresh, uncooked shrimp  
Fresh garlic or garlic powder  
Butter or margarine  
Remove shells and tails from shrimp. Cut through the back of shrimp to butterfly and remove veins.  
Sauté shrimp in butter and minced garlic or garlic powder until cooked. Add parsley for a bit of color.
