Crab Quiche

1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese  
oz crab flakes (use real crab)  
/2 cup green onion slices  
/2 teaspoon salt  
Dash of pepper

1/4 cups half and half  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle cheese, crab, onion, and seasonings in  
pie plate. Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake  
55 to 60 min or until set. Can substitute sharp cheddar for Swiss cheese.  
Spinach Pie  
Blend together

ounces softened cream cheese  
/2 tsp salt  
Add and mix well

cup grated cheddar cheese  
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained  
/4 cup chopped scallion (green onion)  
Tbsp. dried or 4 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley  
Pour into buttered casserole (or unbaked pie shell). Top with

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese  
Bake at 450° for about 35 minutes.

ts Baking powder  
/4 ts Salt  
tb Sugar/Splenda (your choice)  
Egg, well beaten  
c Milk  
tb Melted acceptable spread of choice  
tb Vanilla or Almond extract  
Combine egg, spread, extract and milk.  
Blend sugar, salt, and baking powder with  
whole wheat flour. Beat until smooth. Bake  
on hot griddle.
