Tropical Fruit Salsa  
Makes: 4-6 servings

C mango, diced medium

C papaya, diced medium  
C red onion, diced small  
C sweet red pepper, diced medium  
C tomato, diced medium  
tsp Jalapeño pepper, minced  
Tbsp garlic, minced

Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped  
Tbsp fresh basil, chopped  
Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped  
½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar  
C olive oil

salt and pepper to taste  
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.  
Serve cold or slightly warm with your favorite seafood or chicken.
