Salsa de Chile Verde

Tbsp chopped onion

can (4 oz.) diced green chiles  
tsp salt  
tsp coarsely ground pepper

dried cilantro leaves, crushed  
Combine all ingredients. This is a mild table salsa that goes with everything.
