Drinks to Sip: Margaritas & Sangria  
Citrus Sangria (Red)  
Makes: 3 ½ quarts

(50.7oz) bottle chilled burgundy (2 regular size bottles)  
½ C brandy  
6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted  
Grated rind of 4 lemons (optional – we skip this)  
Juice of 4 lemons

to 1 C sugar (we generally go with 1 cup)  
liter chilled club soda  
Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well to dissolve sugar  
Let it set overnight.  
Add club soda before serving.  
Serve over ice.

We have made this a few times, and everyone enjoys it.
