Chris Forward’s World Famous Salsa  
Makes: ~5 cups

large white onion  
large red onion  
green onions, chopped  
red bell pepper, chopped  
jalapeños with seeds, chopped  
Tbsp cilantro, chopped  
¼ apple cider vinegar  
tsp cayenne pepper  
Tbsp oregano  
tsp chili powder

tsp cumin  
large garlic clove, crushed  
tsp of lemon juice

tsp salt (more or less to taste)  
tsp brown sugar  
½
tsp fresh ground pepper  
Combine ingredients and allow to sit for one hour. Great with chips.
