White Sangria  
Makes: 2 ½ quarts

oranges, sliced  
white grapes (optional)

lemon sliced  
lime sliced  
/3 C brandy

C sugar  
3 inch sticks of cinnamon  
750 Mil bottles of chablis  
quart chilled club soda

Mix together all except the club soda  
Let mixture set for 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.  
Remove cinnamon sticks and stir in club soda.  
Serve over ice.  
Jot’s Notes:  
This had an odd aftertaste. We think it might be the fruit rinds. You might  
consider peeling and slicing.  
This was not as popular as the Red Sangria
