Taro and Chicken
Sweet Potato Tops Salad (Pohnpei)

chicken or 43/4 cups chopped boneless chicken
medium sized taro
large onions chopped
cups chopped green leaves (taro leaves, pumpkin tips, pele)
tomatoes
cup coconut cream

lbs. sweet potato tops

cup lemon juice
teaspoons salt
cup soy sauce
cup mayonnaise

tablespoons lemon juice
Blanch potato tops by dipping in boiling water. Chop, then mix with
the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.
