Chilled Summer Salad

medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced  
pint cherry tomatoes, quartered  
medium green bell pepper, chopped  
medium onion, chopped  
/2 pound sharp white Cheddar cheese, diced  
/4 cup mayonnaise  
tablespoons cider vinegar  
tablespoons sugar  
tablespoon fresh dillweed (1 teaspoon dried)  
/2 teaspoon garlic powder  
teaspoon salt  
/2 teaspoon black pepper  
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper,  
onion, and cheese; mix well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining  
ingredients; mix well. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tomato  
mixture and toss until well coated. Cover and chill for at least  
2
hours, or until ready to serve.
