Mexican Salsa  
Makes: 8 servings

each 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Tbsp crushed red chili

tsp cumin powder  
tsp oregano  
tsp salt

each garlic cloves, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)  
tsp vinegar  
1
each juice of half a lemon  
Combine all ingredients and mix well.  
Let stand for 3 hours.  
Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
