Two-chili Salsa with Avocado  
Makes: ~ 3 cups  
½
bunch cilantro, chopped fine  
Juice of ½ lime

tsp kosher salt  
habanero chile, diced  
serrano chile, diced  
tomatoes, diced  
avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into ½ " cubes  
white onion, minced  
cloves garlic, minced  
Gently mix all ingredients and let flavors blend for 2 hours.
