Cup Rice wine vinegar  
Tablespoon Sesame oil  
Dash Soy sauce  
Tablespoon Hoisin sauce  
Teaspoon Minced garlic  
Tablespoon Minced shallots  
Tablespoon Chopped cilantro  
/4 Cup Chopped roasted peanuts  
Salt; to taste

Pinch Red pepper flakes  
/2 Carrot; cut matchstick  
Strips −; (about 1/4 cup)  
In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and  
pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving. This recipe yields  
2
cups of sauce.
