Ounce Gin  
Splash of simple syrup  
Splash of orange flower water  
Splash of lemon juice

/4 Cup Half and half  
Egg white*  
Soda water  
In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, half  
and half and egg white. Add a couple of ice cubes. Shake several times and  
strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice. Top the drink  
with soda water.  
Yield: 1 drink
