GREEN CHILE QUICHE

(9−inch) frozen pie crust shell  
(4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained  
/4 C. ripe olives, quartered  
C. shredded Cheddar cheese  
eggs  
/2 C. milk  
Spread green chiles over bottom of pie crust. Place olives on top of chiles.  
Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat together eggs and milk; pour over cheese. Bake on  
cookie sheet in 375ºF oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from  
edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
