Golden Corral's Seafood Salad

lb. imitation crab meat, shredded  
cup diced celery  
/2 cup mayonnaise  
/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)  
tablespoon lemon juice  
hard boiled eggs, chopped.  
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to  
blend. Serve either as a salad, on lettuce, or on split croissants.
