Cup Heavy cream
/4 Cup Confectioner's sugar
Tablespoon Bourbon
5 Fat; 2 Other Carbohydrates
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until
thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve
immediately. This recipe yields 3 cups.
