Cup Sour cream  
/2 Pint Vanilla bean ice cream  
Cup Sweetened whipped cream  
Pint Raspberries

Pint Blackberries  
Pint Loganberries  
Pint Strawberries; halved  
Ounce Chocolate curls  
Tablespoon Chiffonade of mint  
Powdered sugar; in a shaker

/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrate  
In a mixing bowl, whisk the Grand Marnier and sour cream together. Fold in  
the whipped cream. Arrange the berries on a platter. Pour the cream mixture  
over the top of the berries. Garnish with the chocolate curls, mint and  
powdered sugar. This recipe yields 6 servings.
