Bottle Ketchup −; (14 oz)  
/2 Cup Water  
Teaspoon Molasses  
Teaspoon Creole or whole grain mustard  
Teaspoon Chopped garlic  
/4 Cup Chopped onions  
Tablespoon Light brown sugar −; (firmly packed)  
Dash Hot pepper sauce  
Dash Worcestershire sauce  
Pinch Salt  
Pinch Cayenne  
Teaspoon Peeled; grated fresh ginger  
Pinch Freshly−ground black pepper  
/2 Other Carbohydrates  
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine all of the  
ingredients. Process until smooth, about 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides  
with a rubber spatula. Pulse two or three times. Refrigerate overnight  
before using. This recipe yields about 2 cups.
