Roasted Walnut And Cream Cheese Frosting

Ounce Cream cheese; softened  
/2 Stick butter; softened  
/4 Pound Confectioners' sugar; sifted (about 3 cups)  
Teaspoon Pure vanilla extract  
Tablespoon Milk; up to 3  
/2 Cup Roasted walnut pieces  
6 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates  
In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the cheese and butter.  
Add the sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Add the  
vanilla and milk and mix well. Fold in the walnut pieces.  
Yield: about 1 1/2 to 2 cups frosting
