Soy sauce (lots)
Vinegar (plenty, but be careful)
Sugar (just a touch)
Sesame oil (very little)
maybe some ginger
hot sauce (whatever kind you like)
garlic (of course)
I don't know if you think this is a recipe. I don't. I just started out with
some soy sauce, vinegar and hot sauce. That got kind of boring, so I stuck the
other stuff in
