When inscribing the symbol of the moon be careful to use

invocations unless restriction is the desired end. At full moon, use (O) but at new moon use

If the lunar hexagrams are used for the invocation or banishing of Cauda or Caput Draconis, use
and respectively, otherwise proceeding as you would for a lunar hexagram. Bear in mind that

Cauda or Caput Draconis during an eclipse.
