A Spell for Bakers
Not, strictly speaking, a spell, but a traditional way of sending out a
message to a friend that you would like to take the friendship a step or
two further and to turn friendship into love. It is up to him or her to
respond.
You need:
Flour
Water
Yeast
A mixing bowl
A work surface
A recipe book
A loaf tin
An oven
Find a recipe book that tells you how to make bread and set to work.
When you have just about finished kneading the dough, carve the
initials of the person who has taken your fancy into it before giving it
one last pummelling. As the bread bakes, sit by the oven, visualizing
your friend and you on the road to romance. According to Central
European tradition, when such a loaf is shared between the baker and the
object of his or her attraction, serious romance is an absolute certainty.
