So shalt thou best fullfil, best verifie

The happier raign the sooner it begins,  
Raign then; what canst thou better do the while?  
To whom our saviour answer thus return'd.  
All things are best fullfil'd in thir due time,  
And time there is for all things, Truth hath said:
