Prepare and cook same as Sweet Milk Griddle−cakes.

Add meal to boiling water, and boil five minutes; turn into bowl, add milk, and remaining dry
ingredients mixed and sifted, then the egg well beaten, and butter. Cook same as other
griddle−cakes.
